BJ’S Camper & RV Repair LLC

Brett came out when i thought i was going to have to replace the ac on my rv. He did some troubleshooting and my ac works great saving me probably $1200-$1500. Without asking, he did a quick look-around on my camper and made some suggestions of things I could do to prolong the life of my camper and recommended some products. Very friendly and professional. I've got him on speed dial if I need help with my travel trailer.

After going somewhere else and recieving inadequate service, I searched Google for an RV Repair shop near me with good reviews. That search landed me right here at BJ's, and I am so glad that it did! Brent was honest and upfront about my entire situation. Communication was top notch which is a big deal for me. He gave me his professional opinion in regards to my camper, was the middle man between the insurance adjuster and myself, and made the situation as easy as possible working around my schedule. In my situation my camper was a total loss. He could have made way more money attempting to fix it, which according to him would have been a band aid. But he done what was right for me the customer in not wanting me in a unit that was ultimately going to continue giving me issues. That speaks volumes to me about this man and this company. I will tell everyone from now on that BJ'S is the place to go. Thanks again Brent!

I was recommended by a good family friend and was rudely advised to seek help elsewhere because our RV was older and he didn't take just any jobs. I said we were looking for someone with reasonable pricing as we were taken advantage of by another person we found out. Our family friend gave such high praise. He took asking for reasonable pricing as we wanted a bargain we just wanted normal pricing . Not sure how our friend would recommend someone like this. He is embarrassed about recommending. His price is his price we just didn't want to be taken to the bank again. I pick this older RV because it is what I liked age wasn't a factor. I explained we wanted regular going rate. Just didn't want to be charged over price.

Brett was awesome Kept us updated through the entire process. We had some storm damage to our camper, but he took care of everything very knowledgeable. We’re actually looking for our next camper need more room will make him part of the process in the search. Will have him check out my next camper before I buy, which is a Service he has offered. Will definitely use them in the future and would urge anyone to use them for any camper needs.
